Writing, made practical
Cookie Policy
Essential site operations, optional Google Analytics, and how to change Text Craft Pro cookie preferences.
Effective: 10 October 2026. Cookies are small records a website can place in your browser. Browser local storage is a related way to remember a setting on your device. This page describes our current choices; see the privacy policy for wider information handling.
Essential operations
WordPress uses authentication cookies for signed-in administrators. Hosting security features may use temporary browser data to deliver or protect the website. Visitors do not need a public account to read guides or use tools.
Remembering your choice
We store your analytics preference in browser local storage under tc-privacy, with an expiry of 180 days. It contains your allow-or-reject choice and expiry time, not your writing-tool text. Clearing site storage removes the choice. If your browser blocks storage, the site may ask again on a later page.
Optional Google Analytics
Analytics is off until you select Allow analytics. When enabled, Google Analytics can set cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits and understand use of the website. Cookie duration depends on Google’s configuration and browser limits. We do not enable advertising personalization in our page configuration.
Reject analytics keeps the Analytics script from loading on our publication pages. If you withdraw consent after allowing it, the preference control disables our Analytics collection, removes accessible Analytics cookies for this domain, and reloads the page. Your browser settings can also remove stored cookies. Withdrawing permission does not erase data already processed by Google.
Change your preference
Use the button below or Cookie preferences in any footer. Both choices are available without creating an account.
Tools and advertising
The four writing tools do not save your entered text in cookies or local storage. No AdSense advertising cookies are introduced by this site at launch. Any future advertising setup requires an updated notice and appropriate consent controls.
