Writing, made practical

Terms of Use

Terms for reading Text Craft Pro guides and using its free browser-based writing tools.

Effective: 10 October 2026. These terms describe use of Text Craft Pro and its current free tools. If you have a question about them, use the contact page.

Educational purpose

Guides and examples provide general writing education. They are not an agreement to provide individual editing, legal advice, certification, or professional services. Adapt examples to your own facts, reader, and responsibilities. Review important outputs before using or publishing them.

Using the tools

The tools run in your browser and provide descriptive counts, pattern lists, brief organization, or illustrative previews. They may contain errors or handle some languages and punctuation imperfectly. Do not treat a result as a guarantee of grammar, truth, originality, accessibility, or search performance. You are responsible for having permission to process the text you enter and for retaining any result you need.

Respectful use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, abuse contact forms, or use the site to submit unlawful material. Public accounts, paid subscriptions, and public comments are not part of the current offering.

Content and attribution

You can apply the methods and adapt the sample writing to your work. Please link and credit Text Craft Pro when quoting our explanations or sharing our diagrams. Do not republish the library or present our original articles as your own. Rights in linked third-party material remain with the relevant owner.

Availability and external sites

We may update, remove, or correct material and tools. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Linked services operate under their own terms; a link is a reference rather than a warranty of the other site.

Limits and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided as available without promises about a particular outcome. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
