Writing, made practical
Privacy Policy
How Text Craft Pro handles browser tool inputs, contact messages, optional Google Analytics, and essential website operations.
Effective: 10 October 2026. This policy describes the current Text Craft Pro website at textcraftpro.com. Contact the site administrator through our contact form for privacy questions or requests.
Writing-tool inputs
The text analyzer, repetition finder, brief builder, and title preview process their inputs in your browser. Their code does not upload your entered text to an AI service or save it on our server. Copy results you want to keep; leaving or refreshing the page can clear the input. Browser extensions and your device’s own history or autofill settings are outside our control. Do not paste information you are not authorized to use.
Contact messages
Submitting the contact form sends your name, email address, subject, and message to the site administrator by email. The form also processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the request. We use enquiries to answer questions, handle corrections, and investigate problems. Messages are not added to a newsletter list. Keep sensitive documents out of the form. You can ask the administrator to review or delete your enquiry, subject to necessary operational or legal retention.
Optional Analytics
Google Analytics is connected to this site to understand page use, engagement, and device or browser patterns. Our page script loads Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics keeps that script from loading. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our configuration. We do not send writing-tool text as Analytics event data.
When allowed, Google receives information such as page URLs, browser and device details, and interaction data, and may set Analytics cookies. Google may process information in countries other than yours. See Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics data safeguards. Change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Our cookie policy explains preference storage.
Hosting and essential operations
The hosting service and WordPress may process request details, including IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser information, to deliver the site, maintain logs, and protect it from abuse. Administrators use WordPress authentication cookies when signed in. We do not provide public accounts or enable public comments in the current library.
Advertising and external links
No AdSense advertising is active at launch. Before introducing advertising or another tracking service, this notice and the consent configuration must be reviewed for that service. External links lead to sites with their own privacy practices; visiting one may disclose information to that operator.
Your choices and changes
You can reject optional Analytics, clear browser storage, and contact the administrator about personal information you supplied. Available privacy rights depend on applicable law and the processing involved. We will update this page when our practices change; the effective date identifies the current notice.
