Writing, made practical
Editorial Policy
How Text Craft Pro develops original educational guidance, labels examples, uses AI assistance, links sources, and handles corrections.
Our purpose is to help readers make clearer writing decisions. We aim for focused explanations with a useful example, an appropriate limitation, and a practical next step.
Original work and evidence
We write our explanations for this publication. Reference sites may inform general navigation or presentation ideas; their article text, branding, and images are not republished as our work. Claims that depend on an external specification or policy should link the relevant primary source. A source link does not mean that the source endorses Text Craft Pro.
Examples and illustrations
Sample businesses, messages, and product descriptions are illustrative. Our diagrams explain a writing concept; they are not screenshots of a tested commercial product. We do not invent personal experience, interview quotes, customer outcomes, review scores, or professional qualifications. A comparison should identify its criteria rather than pretend that every option has been tested.
AI assistance
AI is used to assist drafting, organization, and editing. It can introduce errors, unsupported claims, or misleading certainty, so the intended publication process includes checking factual claims, source relevance, examples, links, and visible page structure. We do not represent AI-generated prose as a named expert’s personal experience. Readers should still verify important decisions against authoritative information.
Useful structure, not a fixed length
Article length follows the question. We avoid adding repeated paragraphs merely to reach a word count. Tools have their own pages and clear method notes; an embedded link should help the reader complete the article’s task rather than interrupt it.
Corrections and updates
Send corrections through the contact page with the URL and evidence. Substantive changes should be explained on the affected page. Publication dates describe publication, and a review date should only be used when a review has actually occurred. Links and instructions can change; our maintenance guide describes how to check them.
Commercial transparency
At launch, we have not placed paid endorsements or affiliate links in this library. If a page later includes a commercial relationship, it should disclose that relationship near the relevant recommendation. Advertising must be distinguishable from editorial content. No purchase is required to use the current tools.
