Content brief builder

Organize the reader, outcome, scope, and evidence for a draft.

Organize the reader, outcome, scope, and evidence for a draft. The tool works on this page without sending your input to our server. Copy results you want to keep before leaving. Inputs are not automatically saved.

How this tool works

This tool formats the decisions you provide into a plain-text brief. The reader and outcome are required; missing optional decisions are labeled so you can resolve them before drafting. It does not retrieve sources, create an article, or verify a claim. The output is a handoff document you can copy into your own workflow.

Describe one primary reader task. Supply evidence that the writer can inspect, and label assumptions instead of treating them as facts. Name the person responsible for resolving missing details. Avoid confidential client information unless you are authorized to use it on your own device.

Frequently asked questions

Can it write the article for me?

No. It organizes your instructions into a brief. You still need to research, draft, and review the actual piece.

What should I do with “Needs a decision”?

Resolve that item or explicitly agree to leave it open. An unanswered requirement is easier to handle before the writer invests in a full draft.
